The fabrication and manufacturing of steel products is headed by Mr. CFJ Renniers, his team consists of several guillotine operators, press brake operators and boilermakers, skilled in all forms of welding. The versatility and experience of the fabrication team enables them to manipulate and utilise steel to create almost any product in light steel fabrication.

The flange and engineering division is controlled and maintained by Mr. GB van Heerden, he has a team of four skilled craftsmen operating centre lathes and boring mills enabling them to produce standard as well as custom flanges.

This division entails the merchandising of all steel profiles, plates, pipes, valves, gaskets and bolt and nuts. Our expertise in the above provides us with extensive knowledge in the steel industry, we have also had experience in pipe fabrication. Our broad knowledge of valves, gasket material, tools, hydraulic fittings, bellows and flanges enables us to best serve our customers for all their steel requirements.

We own a number of bending presses of the highest quality with capabilities of bending up to 12mm plate, guillotines with the ability to cut up to 12mm and profile cutters to enable cutting of plate up to 300mm thick within accepted industry tolerances. There are a number of stick-welding machines as well as CO2 welding machines for mild steel as well as stainless steel. Vertical boring mills and horizontal lathes complete the flange manufacturing plant. The company also has ties with certain engineering firms that allow us competitive and efficient access to laser-cutting and precision engineering.
